PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO HOA DESIGN GUIDELINES SECTION: EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS

Current Policy Revision – Exterior Paint Color Approval Process

Effective Date: TBD

1. Grandfathering Provision All exterior paint colors currently existing on homes within the community as of the approved date of this amendment (Date) are hereby grandfathered and considered compliant with these guidelines. Homeowners are not required to change existing paint colors to conform to the new approved palette.

2. New Paint Color Requirements Effective TBD, all requests for exterior paint color changes must comply with the following:

  • Approved Palette Only: All new exterior paint colors must be selected exclusively from the approved color palette maintained on the HOA website at www.wildviewhoa.com.
  • No Custom Color Approvals: The Architectural Review Committee will no longer consider or approve custom color requests outside the established palette. All colors not included in the approved palette are prohibited.
  • Application Process: Homeowners must submit a completed Paint Color Application form, available on the HOA website, specifying the exact color name and manufacturer code from the approved palette.

3. Approved Palette Access The current approved color palette is available for viewing at www.wildviewhoa.com under Design Centerr and includes color swatches, manufacturer specifications, and recommended complementary trim colors. The palette will be updated periodically at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

4. Compliance and Enforcement Exterior painting completed without prior approval or using non-approved colors will be subject to standard HOA violation procedures and associated fines. Homeowners may be required to repaint at their own expense to achieve compliance.

5. Maintenance Painting Repainting existing homes with the same previously approved color does not require new approval, provided the color remains substantially identical to the original approved shade.

This amendment supersedes all previous exterior paint color guidelines and takes effect immediately upon Board approval.
