Who is the HOA management company?

Community homeowners provide the services needed on a volunteer basis and are responsible for providing the services needed.

What are the HOA dues and when are they due?

Every home is responsible to pay dues to the Wild View HOA annually. The HOA will send out statements to homeowners for the last year’s dues in January of the current year and dues are due by February 28th of the current year. For questions about the amount due please email us and we will provide that information.

Example: 2021 Dues are due by February of 2022

Are recreational vehicles allowed?

Recreational Vehicles (RV’s) are NOT allowed to be parked on your driveway. They may be present for up to 72 hours for loading and unloading.

Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are NOT allowed to be parked on your driveway. As in the case of RV’s, they may be placed there temporarily for loading and unloading purposes only. Normally, this should not exceed 72 hours.

Can I install a shed or an outbuilding?

No external structures are allowed in Wild View. Any structural changes or attachments to the existing home must be submitted for approval through the Design Center.

When are HOA board meetings?

The HOA board meets four times annually and the dates are published on website under community events. The board also holds a community annual meeting which typically takes place on Q4 of each calendar year.

Trash can storage

Trash cans must be stored out of sight of the street & neighbors except on the day of pickup. Please make sure trash cans are moved and stored accordingly.
