CRITICAL VOTING ITEMS REQUIRING YOUR ATTENDANCE

This year’s meeting includes several important proposed changes that require homeowner approval. Your attendance is essential as we need a quorum of 16 homeowners (1/3 of our 48 total homeowners) to conduct official business and vote on the following items:

PROPOSED CHANGES REQUIRING YOUR VOTE:

  1. Proposed Changes to HOA BylawsCLICK HERE TO REVIEW – Impacting HOA communications and voting procedures
  2. Proposed Changes to Design Guidelines for OutbuildingsCLICK HERE TO REVIEW – Updates to approval processes and standards
  3. Proposed Changes to Design Guidelines for Home PaintingCLICK HERE TO REVIEW -Revised color palettes and approval requirements

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING QUORUM

Based on our history of meeting attendance, if we are unable to achieve the required quorum of 16 homeowners, the Board will be required to:

  1. Send out a second meeting notice with a new meeting date
  2. If quorum is not met at the second meeting, the Board may need to reschedule additional meetings until quorum is achieved, as current board members will continue to serve until their successors are properly elected

Please note: Repeated failure to achieve quorum can result in costly delays and prevent the association from conducting necessary business. While the Board retains its authority to manage day-to-day operations, important changes to governing documents require homeowner approval at a properly constituted meeting.

To avoid delays in implementing these important updates and to ensure your voice is heard on matters affecting our community, we strongly encourage your attendance at this first meeting.
